Herstory of TarotbyKathleen.com
We began the project to do a complete overhaul of tarotbykathleen.com
a few months ago. Coming to the realization last summer that
tarotbykathleen.com had spread out quite a bit over the
years, gradually becoming rather unwieldy within its current
format to logically sequence the various venues in which I work.
You can only add on so much information before a site starts
looking rather patched, and discombobulated. Rather like years
of house renovation whereby the additions have finally overwhelmed
the original design and integrity of the original house. You
ask yourself, "Why they didn't just buy a new house?!"
The first tarotbykathleen.com site dug first ground at
the fall equinox 2002, was redesigned at the fall equinox October
2005, and again revamped at the spring equinox of 2006.
Here we were at the fall equinox 2007 launching this new site.
Clearly equinoxes are my time to build and overhaul! When I
see how expanded the site is from its early beginnings, I'm
a little awed myself at its sheer girth!
As my online reading work expanded to include phone reading
and chat readings, more articles
and Tarot ebooks were added, and my course offerings expanded, it
became obvious that I needed separate pages for the different
facets of my work. Our hope is that this new site will facilitate
a much easier surf to locate the information, service or contact
information being sought. We are also hopeful you find the site
easier to read with its classic style and colouring.
More pictures and instructional text has been added, more navigation
links, and greater separation of venues have also been included.
This new design and expansion more efficiently showcases my
present practice and engagement with various aspects of divination.
